Thank you for the video clips! What about this: I have some clients (50-65yrs)that are larger through the mid-section and complain about lying prone over the ball OR on a bench even for a brief period of time (my golfers). Is there an option I can give them for the YTWL series that still allows the benefit of gravity as resistance?
