Worthless for the immense remember, but I'm truly loving the new Zune, and prospect this, as well as the superior reviews whatever group score transcribed, will help you adjudicate if it's the opportune prime for you.

These videos are awesome Nick, some really good info that I will definately be using with my clients,I have been using more of the traditional methods on these exercises but I can see the advantages of what you are explaining.

The only thing I can't seem to grasp is in the last video you are talking about the W's. You say that most people have protracted Scapula(which I get), which in turn tends to make them more dominant on external rotation as they have to do more of it to compensate for being protracted, This is what I dont get, I would assume that if you where in a protracted posture that this would automatically put your internal rotators in a short and overactive position, leaving your external rotators and retractor muscles in a long and inhibited position? Can you please help me out on this one. Cheers

Coach Nick,
This was an awesome series and I will now preach the LYTP pre-hab circuit.

As an exercise physiology geek I loved the education that you provided.

Keep up the good work.
