Love it Coach! I do the same thing holding a BOSU Ballast Ball in my hands…once you get it going, the added weight (about 5 pounds) becomes dynamic by shifting inside the ball where inertia gets called into play. The harder you shift the product, the harder you work! Try it – you’ll like it
