My New Favorite Abs / Core Exercise

Okay, I’m back from my cruise vacation through the Mexican Riviera. I’m a little tanner, a little fatter and still a little jet lagged from flying cross country.

But, I’m back in the gym a ready to hit you with more smarter Strength & Conditioning concepts.

My primary focus on this and my next few posts is core / abs training.

    Love it Coach! I do the same thing holding a BOSU Ballast Ball in my hands…once you get it going, the added weight (about 5 pounds) becomes dynamic by shifting inside the ball where inertia gets called into play. The harder you shift the product, the harder you work! Try it – you’ll like it :)
