My Upper Body Tri-Set Workout -Part 1

Man, I’m having one of those super productive weeks!

I read for about five hours yesterday all about organic foods. I’m finding some really shocking information in which I will be posting in an upcoming post.

I sure as hell thought I did until recently. Man was I wrong, as many of are.

I’ve also been putting together some simple, user friendly guides to understanding what you need to know about joints.
