My Upper Body Tri-Set Workout Part 2 – Back/Pulling

I’m prepping for my StrengthCoach.com roundtable disccussion with Coach Mike Boyle and Coach Charlie Weingroff.

I highly respect and learn a ton from both these coaches. For the most part, we all agree on how we should and shouldn’t train athletes.

-

However, I disagree with both of them on the subject of lumbar flexion exercises like reverse crunches and inchworms.

-

So, tonight, I will defending my approach with some very experienced and very smart guys. I’m ready to bring my A game.
