My good friend Jason C Brown has developed a killer version of the Tight Rotation core exercise using ropes. . Jason always comes up with great exercises and sequences. Plus, he has a gift for teaching them in a very user freindly and easy to follow manner. . Jason’s specialty is Kettlebell training and conditioning for MMA.
