I’m like a heroin addict when it comes to workout music. I first started on the lighter stuff like Guns N Roses, Rancid, NOFX, then got into the heavier stuff. System of a Down, Misfits (fast stuff is killer), Metalocolypse. I’m liking a little more hardcore punk like Exploited.
Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to do these lunges
By popular demand, here’s one of my favorite videos of late, the illustrious WEST VIRGINA NINJA!
