My Lost Fitcast Interview

Back during the Thanksgiving Holiday, I did my second interview with the Fitcast. It was a great interview that covered:

- Fat Loss Training

- Training with a Herniated Disc(s)

And plenty more!

.

For some strange reason, I never sent out an email or Blog post notifying anyone of this free interview. So, better late than never!

Thanks Nick, That was fun. Gotta try some of that brain stuff. I love learning new stuff. I can only imagine how busy you are but, if you like reading fiction short stories. Get Jorge Luis Borges book of short stories(no major commitment) called Labyrinths, in it is a story called Funes the Memorious about a guy who remembered absolultely everything he has ever seen or heard. It’s a great poetic, philosophical, mysterious, beautiful, hypnotic story. And, lot’s of fun. If you read that one, I dare you to “not” read all the rest one by one. No calories Nick and you’ve gotta have a little down time to let your imagination take over for a while. Thanks as always for all your posts and your help. Great stuff, I’ve been totally changing my workouts due to the help from you and Alli. :) gene s.

    Good stuff as always Nick.

Rectifier by RA is actually a great CD that if you described it to me I would have given you the sour puss face, but after listening to it I really liked it.

Any other good CDs? The new Living Sacrifice is quite good.

    Rock on
