		<description>Can you recommed any other beginner hip mobility moves to do alongside this one please?  I tired to learn the roational lunge, but cannot master is so seek moves that can be done correctly someone has no access to a personal trainer.  Thanks</description>

Using the concept you introduced me to, I started pairing the hip mobility exercise in the video above with a lateral lunge/reverse crossover squat combo.
