Nice to hear that some respected coaches see bicep work as beneficial. I’ve posted questions elsewhere and got the impression that bi and tri training was now not the done thing.
I’m 3-yrs post operation from acj separation and for this reason don’t do incline bicep curls. Are there any other bi (and tri) exercises that you’d advise to avoid or imcluded? Sepciificaly is the poor man’s rope pull likely be shoulder safe? Thanks
Nice job coach,
These are all things I haven’t thought of or seen before. Don’t do much specialized biceps work but hey, it’s challenging and fun and these don’t take much time to do for those little extra oohs and ahs, and who’s without a little vanity? Not me, certainly. Thanks Coach Nick
Yeah, incline curls are tough on shoulders. I don’t use them.
If your form and posture is properly maintained, I don’t think there any other arm exercises to avoid.
The rope is a shoulder friendly exercises!
Best regards!
