		<description>Yeah, incline curls are tough on shoulders. I don&#039;t use them.
If your form and posture is properly maintained, I don&#039;t think there any other arm exercises to avoid.

The rope is a shoulder friendly exercises!

These are all things I haven&#039;t thought of or seen before. Don&#039;t do much specialized biceps work but hey, it&#039;s challenging and fun and these don&#039;t take much time to do for those little extra oohs and ahs, and who&#039;s without a little vanity? 		<description>Nice to hear that some respected coaches see bicep work as beneficial.  I&#039;ve posted questions elsewhere and got the impression that bi and tri training was now not the done thing.

I&#039;m 3-yrs post operation from acj separation and for this reason don&#039;t do incline bicep curls.  Are there any other bi (and tri) exercises that you&#039;d advise to avoid or imcluded?  Sepciificaly is the poor man&#039;s rope pull likely be shoulder safe?  Thanks</description>
