    Rever skull crushers on bench or floor – are these likely to be ok 3-yrs post acj separation op? Also, any other tri moves you can recomend to do/avoid please? thanks

    I would speak to a qualified PT about this. Your training guidelines would be determined after PT evaluation.

    I had tricep surgery about 5 yrs ago. I had partial rupture the tendon and the muscle retracted. So they had to go in and reconnect the tendon. Well I have not been able to get full extension and obviously it is taking away my full strength. In addition since I don’t get full extension my shoulder tries to compensate by extending forward when I do the bench press causing that shoulder to be weak. What can I do to correct all of these issues.

    This is an issue that needs to be evaluated by a qualified PT who can look at you at provide recommendations.
