    Plantar Fascitis, Thoracic Back Spasms, These are the two I have problems with. I do YTWL’s They help a little but not very much for my upper back. I use a tennis ball and Golf ball from my Plantar Fascitis same as above helps a little but not much. Any help with these two injuries?

  3. The exercises were very easy to execute. As a matter of fact it lessened my apprehension from exercising due to time and space issues. i think I can do it in my spare time at work and at home. It helped that you posted the video for a better way of following your weightloss plan. Thanks a lot! i am looking forward to read more from you!
