whats the name of the track?
Masochistic much? That’s awesome. Thanks Nick!
Tough circuit! What say you that I use it for fat loss? Metabolic conditioning and endurance, I would implement it, but FL?
That is a ripper of a workout. Definitely not weight for beginners. Can think of assorted work outs for many levels of fitness.. I used to step over benches and different directions with heavy dumbbells. That was also a great work out for the lower. I have to comment that the music is horrid. F bombs and racial slurs are not what I really like to listen to. So, I just turn the sound off.
This looks killer Nick.
How many exercise combination did you try before settling on sequence above? I’m sure there must be other dumbbell complexes that work with a farmers walk protocol.
Great work!
I like how the exercises have a seamless transition from one exercise to the other. There are many ways to utilize this type of training, and I appreciate you doing the “dirty work,” which is actually the fun part in our field!
Yeah, what’S the name of the track? Awesome combo!
as usual, good stuff Coach!
