This is great info. Thanks, Nick! Where do you suggest doing something similar for the anterior delts–before or after the LYTP circuit? And what do you suggest?

Should the LYTP circuit be performed before shoulder and back workouts? And a separate circuit for anterior delts before chest? (Assuming a bodybuilder type of split)

Great job Nick! Really creative as usual. Do you ever do the sequence with a cable stack to isolate one side or do you just do one side in one of the ways shown above?

I hurt my shoulder in basic training in 1992. Avoiding surgery, and eventually plateauing in rehabilitation….I stumbled across Nick’s YOU TUBE page about a month ago. Since focusing on this exercise…after 19 years…I have regained full range of motion, and now feel the shoulder cradle is in ‘better’ position to work the way it should. These LYTP exercises rejuvenated the muscles that were once atrophied. I am amazed! and, a sincere follower of Nick’s exercise philosophy,

Can/should the ‘P’ be loaded – only ever done it unloaded to date? Thank you

Finally responding to my own question (above). I feel my anterior delts most in the Y portion of this circuit–but probably because they’ve been prefatigued in the L portion of the circuit. I like doing this before shoulders and chest. It’s helped. Thanks.
