    A while back you mentioned a resource for additional core bar exercises besides the dvd. Does this exist?

    Coach Nick,

    These variations have been amazing in the short while I’ve been using them for myself and my clients.

    The concept also inspired a TRX variation I’ve employed which can be especially effective since the trainee/athlete has to create the opposing or off-balance force (since there is no resistance tube or weighted cable). I find its another great way to improve dynamic stability.
