After his amazing lectures at the Perfrom Better Summit, Tom was nice enough to spend a few minutes on camera with me to share some of his knowledge.

While I absorbed just about everything Tom discussed during his presentations, there were two aspects of Tom’s lectures that really jumped out at me. First was Tom’s list of the eight means of improving “fascial fitness. My good friend, Coach Eric Cressey has already done a wonderful job of describing this list in detail at his Blog.

The other tips Tom Myers mentioned that really jumped out at me are what he discusses in the video below. You may have to turn your computer’s volume level up to understand what’s said as this was an impromptu lecture done in a hall-way with lots of background stuff going on.
