Now back to the Single Arm Abs Plank on Swiss Ball.

This exercise is very challenging and one of the most effective methods for developing high levels of core and shoulder stability. I use it with all my advanced athletes once they’ve progressed beyond the basic Abs plank variations.

The Single Arm Abs Plank on Swiss Ball is an advanced progression. So, be sure you’ve got a solid training base before attempting this exercise. Also make sure you perform the exercise exactly as I’ve described it in the video.
