Single-Leg RDL Exercise: How to get more Glute Recruitment

As you know, I’m all about providing principle-based, battle-tested, practical exercise concepts and techniques you can immediately use to get the most of your training.

Well, in true Performance U fashion, this video shows you how to perform what I call the Single Leg RDL 2.0, which is a simple tweak on the single leg RDL exercise I developed and use to help clients and athletes improve the glute recruitment of this great exercise.
