Upper Body Contrast Workout for KO Punching Power, Better Hand Speed and a Stronger Chest

Along with the Punching Power Contrast featured in this post, here’s another contrast I use to improve the punching / KO power of my Boxers, Muay Thai Fighters and MMA warriors.

This workout is great for improving hand speed and explosive upper body pushing power. Plus, as a nice bonus, it helps get you a ripped chest and shoulders!
