The Single Leg Squat with Arm Reach is one of our longest-standing favorite exercises for personal trainers. And, it’s an exercise that we’ve used with pretty much everyone we’ve ever worked with (in some form or fashion) from active seniors to professional athletes to fitness clients working on knee rehabilitation.
